KIEN DOUNG, Partner
Kien has extensive accounting and finance experience in publicly traded companies as well as private PE-backed, and VC-backed companies. In her last position, prior to joining Kirkland & Associates, Kien was responsible for worldwide accounting operations, Treasury, and Bank Relationships, ERP systems, Stock and Travel & Expenses. In addition, Kien was asked to lead the ASC 606 Implementation, and she managed the external audit and overall corporate compliance. Global Tax &Transfer Pricing and M&A Diligence & Integration.
